Saints Center Gym

The Saints Center was originally built in 1969 as an area for the general student body and was named the College Center Gym.  The Saints Center used to be home for all of campus life including student activities, reception hall, bookstore, gymnasium, swimming pool, a campus bar, and bowling alley.

Over the years, the Saints Center has doubled in size and been renovated several times to keep up with changing needs of the Athletic Department. In 2003, the College Center received over a 14,000sq foot addition with a new gym that almost doubled the size of the existing gym. The addition included new locker rooms, larger seating capacity, batting cages, and one of the top playing surfaces in Western New York.

The Saints Center now houses the Athletic Department Coaches and Administrative offices, Athletic Academic Training Center, Athletic Training Room, six locker rooms, Film Room, Game Room, ESport Arena, campus Fitness Center, reception hall, the college bookstore, and a newly renovated cafeteria.

In 2017, the gym underwent a complete renovation to include new basketball court design, padding and paint, bleachers, scoreboard, and a state-of-the-art video board which bring the facility to one of the top in the East Coast Conference.

In 2024, the space was rebranded to the Saints Center Gym as another step in the development of D'Youville in the NCAA DII landscape.
